Scales of War
Village elder and owner of the caravansary
Somewhat of a de facto leader, Lotho serves the isolated population of Dunesend as they struggled to meet the demands of the Warden. Though his trading post is poorly stocked from the lack of trading traffic, he is hospitable enough to travelers who pass through.
Lotho led the villagers in shunning the Hordebane after they interfered and slew the Warden. Once they convinced him that they would venture into the desert to fight Queen Shephatiah, the Queen of the Desert who has laid claim to their resources, he offered to put them up for the night at his caravansary (23 Goodmonth, 1468 CY)
Lotho was awakened in the middle of the night by everyone in the Hordebane having terrible nightmares. He warmed goat’s milk over the fire for them, then returned to his bed. (23-24 Goodmonth, 1468 CY)
Lotho stood up for the Hordebane and attempted to convince that villagers that their return was no trick (1 Harvester, 1468 CY)
